Store Policies
All machines left over 30 days will be Forfeited!!
Customer is responsible for keeping repair ticket stub for proof of ownership of machine
Special order parts must be prepaid.
Quotes given are subject to sales tax.
All parts and service requested must be written on repair tag at the time of check-in. We will not write on repair tag after check-in.
Any additional Parts or Labor (Over $10.00 above Estimate) will be Ok'd via phone contact.
Estimates
Free Estimates - We will gladly give free estimates on vacuums. Deposit required for shampooers. Free estimate includes diagnosing machine and recommending possible service or parts to return machine to optimal working condition. If customer declines service, some machines will be left unassembled in boxes. Shampooer deposit goes toward repair ticket, no refunds on deposits.
If Estimate Is Required - Must be requested and written on repair tag with CWEBR. Customer should leave a daytime phone number if possible. We are not responsible for machines left over 30 days.
Requested Estimates
No Answer When We Call - We will leave a message when possible. Equipment will be boxed up and set aside. A $10.00 fee will be added if estimate is requested and the customer cannont be reached within 48 hours. After 48 hours it is not Dick's Vacuums responsibility to keep trying to reach the customer. A second attempt will usually be made within the following 30 days. Equipment will be disposed of 30 days after date of first attempt.
Leaving A Estimated Price - You may leave a price range with us on what you are willing to spend on total costs for repairs. If repairs are more than the estimated price you will be contacted or left a message with the cost of repairs. You have 30 business days to contact us to request or ok repairs or equipment will be disposed of. Dick's Vacuum is not responsible for machines left over 30 days.
